First you need to cook buns for a burger. To do this, knead the dough. In a bowl with flour, add olive oil, sugar and salt. In warm water, breed dry yeast and add to the flour. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Leave to rise for 2.5 hours.

After the dough has risen, you need to form future buns from it. To do this, sprinkle the table with flour and put the dough on it. Knead thoroughly again and form a ball. We divide the ball into equal small parts and form circles. We spread on a greased baking sheet and put in the oven preheated to 190 C for 30 minutes.

Onions must be peeled and washed under cold water. Then finely chop and fry until golden brown in olive oil. Rinse the mushroom under cold water and pat dry. Cut into medium cubes, add to the onion and simmer together under the lid for 7-8 minutes, salt and pepper.

Rinse the zucchini under cold water, dry and cut into slices about 0.5 centimeter thick. Fry in olive oil on each side for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, carefully remove the pulp with a spoon and cut it into slices.
