A very original dish that must not only be seen, but also a must try. It is cooked in about the same way as ordinary dumplings, but with a raw egg filling.

You will need
- - 540 g of flour;
- - salt, soda;
- - 210 ml of kefir;
- - 565 g of potatoes;
- - 410 ml of milk;
- - greens;
- - 1 egg.

Wash the potatoes, peel, cut and boil until ready in salted water. Boil the milk. Mash the finished potatoes, add hot milk to it and cook with mashed potatoes using a blender.

In a deep bowl, mix flour, salt, soda and then carefully pour kefir, stirring constantly. Knead the dough and continue to knead it until it stops sticking to your hands.

Leave the dough in a bowl for about 60 minutes, covering it with a towel. Then divide it into equal parts, roll out each of them.

Put ready mashed potatoes in the center of each cake, make a small depression in it and carefully pour the yolk from the egg there. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, cover with a second flat cake and pinch the edges.

Cook such dumplings in a double boiler for about 8 minutes. Serve the dish hot by pouring sour cream or butter on the dumpling.
