Dietary sprouted wheat soup

Ingredients:

- 100 g of wheat germ;

- 1.5 liters of water;

- 1 onion;

- 3 potatoes;

- 1 carrot;

- 1 bay leaf;

- 1/2 tsp ground coriander and dried ginger;

- 1/4 tsp. cardamom and nutmeg;

- salt;

- vegetable oil.

Pour water into the pan, dip the peeled onion into it and put on a strong fire. Boil everything and cook for 10-15 minutes already at medium temperature. Cut the peel from the potatoes and cut into cubes or cubes with carrots. Fry the spices in vegetable oil, add the vegetables and simmer them for 5 minutes, stirring. Put the frying into the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Put the dishes on the stand, pull out and discard the bow. Put the sprouted wheat and bay leaf in the soup, salt and cover. Leave it for 15-20 minutes to insist.

Vegetarian sprouts

Ingredients:

- 200 g of wheat germ;

- 1 small onion;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 1/2 tsp seasonings for vegetable dishes;

- salt;

- vegetable oil.

Remove the husks from the onion and garlic cloves and scroll along with the sprouted wheat in a meat grinder or chop in a food processor. Season the resulting mass with spices and salt and mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the "forcemeat" in it with a tablespoon and gently squeeze, giving the flattened oval shape of the patties. Quickly fry them on each side over high heat, then reduce it to a minimum and bring the dish to cook in 5 minutes. Serve it with fresh salad, boiled potatoes or just sour cream.
