History of creation

The children of the baker decided to decorate the Christmas tree with crafts and toys that they made themselves. One fanciful and simple form really pleased his father, and he decided to try to reproduce it from the test. He showed the finished butterfly / bow to the Milan chef, who decided to order a batch of such pasta and serve it on the table for a festive dinner. The tradition of cooking at home in the family circle, such pasta remains in our time. I especially like to serve the classic pasta in the form of the flag of Italy - farfale is laid out on a rectangular plate, sprinkled with plenty of tomato sauce and sprinkled with a mixture of herbs.

An important condition in the preparation of all dishes is properly boiled pasta in salted water. If the paste is made from durum wheat, storage conditions were observed, then the cooking time is 7-10 minutes. You can use a little trick - add a drop of vegetable oil to the water, then the bows will not stick together and the time will be reduced to 5 minutes.

Farfalle with red fish and caviar

You will need the following products:

  • butterflies - 300 g;

  • chilled pink salmon - 200 g;

  • red caviar - 50 g;

  • garlic - 1 clove;

  • chicken broth - 2 cubes;

  • cream 20% - 1 tbsp.;

  • white wine - 110 ml;

  • olive oil - 30 ml;

  • Parmesan, salt, spices to taste.

Walkthrough:

  • champignons - 350 g;

  • onions - 1.5 heads;

  • pasta - 500 g;

  • ghee - 50 g;

  • cream - 1 tbsp.;

  • flour - 30 g;

  • pinch spices.

Step-by-step preparation:

1. Rinse the mushrooms, remove excess moisture, cut into thin plates, put in a heated frying pan. Add finely chopped onion, salt, add pepper and fry for 15 minutes until blush.

2. Prepare the sauce. Melt butter, add flour, stirring constantly, fry for 1-2 minutes. Gradually put the flour and knead until a homogeneous consistency without lumps. Allow to boil, add onion and mushroom mass, turn off the gas.

Prepare the following components:

  • pasta - 450 g;

  • poultry meat - 0.5 kg;

  • onion - 2 pcs.;

  • carrots - 1 pc.;

  • sour cream - 250 g;

  • salt, pepper, herbs of Provence.

Step by step:

  1. Wash the meat, remove moisture with a napkin, cut into thin strips.

  2. Peel the onion, rinse, cut into half rings.

  3. Grate the carrots.

  1. Crumble clean vegetables, fry over high heat in oil.

  • pasta - 250 g;

  • bell pepper, small eggplant - 1 pc.;

  • champignons - 5 pcs.;

  • mozzarella - 4 balls;

  • butter - 10 g;

  1. Wash the vegetables, dry them on a towel, cut into rings or strips no more than 1 cm thick, spread the grill on the wire rack (can be in the oven) and bake.

  2. Boil pasta in salted water, drain the water, grease with oil, put on a serving plate.

To prepare a summer snack you will need the following products:

  • bows - 200 g;

  • milk squash - 1 piece (medium size);

  • radish - 2-3 pcs.;

  • bow (feathers) - 1 branch;

  • mini tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.;

  • quail eggs - 2 pcs.;

  • pine nuts - 20 g;

  • soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, spices to taste.

Phased process:

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut into thin half rings, salt, leave for 15 minutes. Boil eggs and pasta.

  2. Rinse vegetables, dab excess moisture. Tomatoes cut into 2-4 parts, radishes with thin rings, onions with oblique chips.

Composition:

  • bows - 400 g;

  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs.;

  • zucchini - 1 pc.;

  • cream - 70 ml;

  • seeds - 100 g;

  • dry basil, dill on a pinch.

How to cook:

Prepare all products. Wash vegetables, cut into cubes, fry until soft. Cook the pasta until half cooked, strain, transfer to a pan to vegetables, season with spices, pour cream and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat. Sprinkle with seeds and herbs before serving.

  • paste - 200 g;

  • eggs - 3 pcs.;

  • milk / sour cream - ½ tbsp.;

  • oil - 50 g;

  • semolina - 2 tbsp. l.;

  • salt, sugar, cinnamon, a pinch of vanilla.

Cooking process:

Boil the pasta. Beat eggs with sugar, add milk, seasonings, semolina and knead with a spatula until smooth.
