You will need
- - 3 cups flour;
- - 1 pack of butter;
- - 100 g of cottage cheese;
- - 3 egg yolks;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- For filling:
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 egg;
- - custard packaging;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of homemade yogurt or sour cream;
- - sugar.

Grind flour with butter, add cottage cheese, sugar, salt, baking powder. Stir in egg yolks, knead the dough. If it turns out very dense, you can add a spoonful of sour cream.

Cover the pan with parchment paper. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out a little more dough, put on a baking sheet. Put the curd filling on top. It’s easy to cook: in a combine, mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, yogurt and custard from a bag. An easier way to make cottage cheese cookies is to take any jam or jam instead of the filling.

Cover the filling with strips from the second part of the dough. Lubricate the strips with whipped yolk, you can sprinkle a little sugar. You can remove the second piece of dough briefly in the freezer, then rub it on top of the filling.

Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Then cool the pastries, cut into portions. Cookies with cottage cheese ready.
