Cooking:

  1. The first thing to do is prepare the beef. To do this, it must be cut into thin plates (about 10 millimeters thick). It should be borne in mind that it should be cut across the fibers.

  2. The resulting steaks must be distributed on a cutting board and, using a special hammer, beat them well on each side.

  3. Then you need to carefully rub the steaks with spices (black pepper, coriander and caraway seeds), as well as salt. It is recommended to add as much coriander as possible, because thanks to this particular spice, the beef meat steak acquires a unique, very pleasant aroma.

  4. Take a sufficiently deep and wide cup and break the eggs into it. Then you need to beat them well. Pour the previously sifted flour into a similar container.

  5. Pour vegetable oil into a well-heated skillet. Take a steak and dip it in a beaten egg. Then it should be placed in a cup with flour and roll on both sides.

  6. Prepared steaks should be dipped in well-heated oil. After one side becomes a pleasant golden color, the steak should be turned over to the other.

  7. Fried beef meat on both sides must be placed in a sufficiently deep container and pour oil into it, in which steaks were fried, as well as a little clean water.

  8. The container should be very tightly covered with food foil. As a result, the dish will cook evenly. Beef steaks will be fully cooked after a third of an hour.
