Greens, as you know, contains valuable amino acids, vitamins, fiber. But it is unlikely that someone will use its bundles in its natural form for maximum benefit. But to drink a green smoothie, where the taste of greens is complemented by a sweet banana and fresh cucumber, is very nice.

You will need
- - 10 g of wheat greens
- - one cucumber
- - one banana
- - one piece of petiole celery
- - two apricots
- - a bunch of parsley
- - a bunch of dill
- - 250 ml of water

Wash the celery. Cut into pieces. Tear wheat greens with your hands. Also do with dill, parsley.

Wash the cucumber, cut into circles. Fold a cucumber, celery in a blender. Add wheat greens, parsley, dill here. Pour water, grind until smooth.

Peel the banana. Wash the apricots. Free from the bones. Add them to the green mass.

Mix together until smooth. Pour the cocktail into glasses. Garnish with cucumber slices and banana slices if desired.
