A juicy snack cake made of pink salmon, vegetables, eggs, fresh cucumbers, cheese and herbs is something! It is not only delicious, but also very beautiful. Therefore, it is the best suited for the spring celebration.

Ingredients:

• wafer cakes;

• 1 can of pink salmon;

• 3 eggs;

• 1 pack of crab sticks;

• 2 boiled carrots;

• 200 g of hard cheese;

• 2 fresh cucumbers;

• 1 onion;

• 3 cloves of garlic;

• salt;

• a handful of boiled shrimp (optional);

• 12-15 st. l mayonnaise;

• sunflower oil (odorless);

• any greens.

Cooking:

1. Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and mix with garlic, passed through the garlic.

2. Boil carrots and eggs, cool and peel. Just chop the greens.

3. Put 1 wafer cake on the dish, add salt and grease 2 tbsp. l garlic mayonnaise.

4. Mash pink salmon thoroughly with a fork and put it in one layer on cake on top of mayonnaise.

5. Chop the onion, fry until golden, using a minimum amount of oil, and put on top of the fish.

6. Cover the onion-fish layer with a second wafer cake, and the cake, in turn, salt again and grease with garlic sauce.

7. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater, lay out evenly on the second wafer cake and cover with a third cake.

8. Lubricate the third crust with sauce and add salt.

9. Rub the eggs on a fine grater, put one layer on the third cake and again cover with the fourth cake.

10. Lubricate the fourth crust with sauce and add salt.

11. Cucumbers, if necessary, peel, rub on a coarse grater, squeeze and put on the fourth cake.

12. The cucumber layer is densely covered with chopped herbs and cover with the fifth cake.

13. The fifth cake to grease and salt.

14. Rub the crab sticks on a grater, put a layer on the fifth cake and cover again with cake.

15. The sixth cake and sides of the snack cake should be greased liberally with mayonnaise.

16. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and put in an even layer on the sixth cake.

17. Place boiled shrimp on top of the cheese, making any pattern. If desired, the finished snack cake can be sprinkled with herbs and grated crab sticks.
