Very simple sour cream sponge cake

A quick one-stop recipe. Such a biscuit can be baked in the oven or slow cooker, having spent less than an hour on cooking. And for the filling, what is found at home will go.

Ingredients:

  • sour cream - 1 cup

  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.

  • sugar - 1 cup

  • wheat flour - 1-1.2 cups

  • baking powder - 0.5 teaspoon

For the filling, take apple slices, raisins or fresh berries: seedless cherries, currants, raspberries. Frozen berries are also suitable. In this case, they must first be allowed to thaw. The filling volume is approximately one glass.

Better to start with the preparation of the filling. Rinse apples or berries. Wipe the apples with a towel, and sprinkle berries or raisins on a napkin to dry. If using berries with seeds, then remove the latter.

Set the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, prepare the dough:

  1. Chop the eggs in a deep bowl.

  2. Pour sugar, whisk until it dissolves.

  3. Add sour cream and mix well until smooth.

  4. Add sifted flour with baking powder. Stir again.

  5. If you like the vanilla flavor in pastries, add this flavor at the end.

Lubricate the slightly warmed form with a thin layer of butter. Add the filling to the test, stir and pour everything into the form. Put in the oven for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown. If you use a slow cooker, then cook according to the standard "baking" program.

Cool the biscuit before serving. If desired, decorate the top with powdered sugar.

In this recipe, flour can be replaced with a glass of semolina, and you will end up with a tasty and satisfying cupcake. Since it does not require filling, the finished dish turns out very quickly!

Snail cookies on sour cream

Such baking is prepared without much hassle. And it looks very impressive due to its spiral shape and the alternation of two colors.

Ingredients:

  • margarine - 150 g

  • sour cream - 1 cup

  • sugar - 1 cup with a "slide"

  • flour - 400 g

  • cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. spoons

  • butter for lubrication - 1 tbsp. a spoon

Preparation of the test:

  1. Melt margarine in a metal bowl over low heat. Stir constantly while not boiling.

  2. Sift about half the flour into a bowl.

  3. Add sour cream, sugar and melted margarine. Mix everything thoroughly.

  4. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough. If it sticks to your hands, then the portion of flour can be slightly increased.

  5. Divide the dough into two equal parts.

  6. Pour cocoa in one half and continue to knead until the mass becomes evenly “chocolate” in color.

Then leave both pieces for 20-30 minutes, covering with a napkin.

Product Formation:

  1. Roll each half of the dough into a layer of 5-8 mm thick. You should get two equally sized cakes - light and dark.

  2. Combine both parts by laying one on the other.

  3. Roll two layers together into one puff roll.

  4. Cut the roll across into pieces about 1 cm thick. As a result, we get beautiful two-tone spirals that look like a snail shell.

Grease a baking sheet with butter, spread out future cookies with small intervals. Bake at 180 degrees for no more than half an hour.

Serve a little warm or completely cooled. A great addition to tea, coffee or milk!

Cracker and Sour Cream Cake

A simple recipe for a treat that does not require an oven. For the test, not flour is used here, but an ordinary cracker. But you need to cook this cake in advance, it is better on the eve of a dinner party or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • sour cream (preferably 15 percent) - 1 liter

  • unsalted cracker - 600 g

  • sugar - 2 thin glasses

  • vanilla sugar - 2 sachets

  • gelatin - 25 g

  • drinking water - 0.5 thin glasses

Step by step recipe:

  1. Pour gelatin with cold water in a small deep bowl, leave for 15 minutes.

  2. Boil water for a “bath” in a saucepan. Place in it dishes with swollen gelatin. Heat, stirring continuously, until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not bring to a boil! Remove the gelatin solution from the bath, allow to cool.

  3. Prepare crackers. If the products are large, then they should be crushed into pieces. Small crackers (such as Fish) can be left as they are.

  4. Pour sour cream into a deep bowl, add granulated sugar and vanilla. Beat with a mixer until the crystals dissolve.

  5. Combine the completely cooled jelly solution with sweet sour cream. Pour crackers, stir well.

The dough is ready!

Cover the bottom of the mold with cling film, put the dough on it. Tighten the top with a film. Put in the refrigerator for several hours, or better - at night.

When the cake has completely hardened, release it from its shape and film. Turn over onto a dish and garnish with fruit slices and berries.

Ingredients:

  • sour cream - 0.5 cups;

  • oil - 100 g

  • flour - 2 cups

For the filling, condensed milk (preferably boiled), jam, jam, cheese are suitable.

Cooking:

  1. Let the oil stand in warmth, knead well with a fork.

  2. Add sour cream (also not cold) and beat with a whisk or mixer.

  3. Pour in flour a little while continuing to stir. Knead the dough until it is completely homogeneous.

  4. Collect the dough into a ball and roll into a round thin cake.

  5. Cut the dough from the center to the edges into equal sectors - about 12 pieces.

  6. Put 1-2 tablespoons of filling on each sector, without bringing a couple of centimeters to the edge. Roll bagels from the base of the "triangle" towards an acute angle so that the filling is inside.

Bagels are baked in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. This usually takes about 20 minutes.

Love tender sour cream dough, but avoid a lot of carbohydrates? Then try savory pastries with sour cream with vegetable filling.

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour - 1 faceted glass

  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons

  • butter - 70 g

  • fresh tomatoes - 230 g

  • hard cheese - 100 g

  • mayonnaise (preferably light) - 90 g

In addition, you will need some fine salt to taste and fresh herbs.

Now the cooking is phased. First, we make the basis:

  1. Place the softened butter in a deep bowl, pour flour and salt. Knead everything to a lumpy state.

  2. Add sour cream and knead the dough. You can add some more flour. As a result, we get the dough soft, but not sticky. Cover with foil and place in cold for about half an hour.

  3. Take out the dough, roll it into a thin layer. Lay in a small form with high sides. Chop the dough with a fork so that it does not form bubbles during baking.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes.

In parallel, prepare the filling. Cut the washed tomatoes into thin slices, grate the cheese. When the base of the cake is baked, it must be removed and filled as follows:

  • put half the volume of cheese on the bottom;

  • then - pieces of tomatoes;

  • mix the second half of cheese crumbs with mayonnaise, put on tomatoes

The product is again put to bake for the same 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished pie with chopped herbs. You can eat it both hot and cooled.

Compose with meat

But the recipe for fans to eat, not counting calories.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • sour cream - 220 g

  • flour - 2 cups

  • egg - 1 pc.

  • salt - 0.5 tsp

For filling:

  • beef - 350 g

  • ham - 100 g

  • eggs - 2 pcs.

  • onions - 1 head

  • milk - 0.5 cups

  • butter - 50 g

You also need salt and pepper to taste, vegetable oil for frying.

First prepare the dough:

  1. Beat the egg and sour cream.

  2. Pour sifted flour with soda.

  3. Knead soft dough.

  4. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Filling:
