Meatball and Vermicelli Soup

You will need:

- 300 grams of minced meat;

- two potatoes;

- one carrot;

- one onion;

- three tablespoons of breadcrumbs;

- 50 grams of vermicelli;

Add the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and all mix in the minced meat. Form small meatballs.

Peel and rinse the vegetables. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onions in half rings, and the potatoes in small cubes.

Put a pot with two liters of water on the fire and bring to a boil. Add potatoes, salt and cook for five minutes.

Fry the onions with carrots, then add this frying to the potatoes and boil for several minutes.

Gently lower all the meatballs into the pan one at a time. Boil for 10 minutes, then add the vermicelli and stew the soup on the fire for five minutes.

Meatball and Rice Soup

You will need:

- 1/2 cup rice;

- litere of water;

- 300 grams of minced meat (any);

- two potatoes;

- one carrot;

- one onion;

- a pinch of turmeric;

- vegetable oil (for frying);

- a bunch of dill;

- salt pepper.

Form small meatballs from the minced meat: take a little minced meat with a teaspoon, then roll a ball out of it. So make meatballs from the whole stuffing.

Pour water into a saucepan and set on fire. Peel and rinse the vegetables, chop the potatoes into cubes, chop the onion finely, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Rinse the rice.

As soon as the water boils, put rice and potatoes in it, salt, simmer for about five minutes, then put the meatballs in a boiling broth and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Fry the onions and carrots until golden brown, then cover and remove from heat. Rinse dill, chop. Five minutes before the end of cooking the soup, add roasting and herbs, a pinch of turmeric. Soup with meatballs and rice is ready.
