You can diversify traditional snacks on the festive table with the help of the delicate mushroom salad. It is prepared quickly and simply, but for this you need to boil chicken breast and eggs in advance.

Twist the pickled mushrooms in a meat grinder or chop in a blender. Cut the onions into half rings, and the chicken into cubes. Chop the eggs finely, grate hard cheese.

Put mushrooms, chicken, red onions and eggs on a dish or in a salad bowl, spreading each layer with mayonnaise. Sprinkle grated cheese over the salad and garnish with greens.

The original salad with the romantic name "Andante" and an unusual combination of mushrooms, beans, tongue and pomegranate will surprise guests. Boil the beef tongue, cool, cut into strips. Prepare the mushrooms: thoroughly wash the forest mushrooms, boil in salted water and fry, and it is enough to rinse the mushrooms or oyster mushrooms, chop and a little sauté in a pan.
