Grate cheese and zucchini on a coarse grater. Zucchini does not need to be subjected to any additional heat treatment - they are already well baked. Also, grated fruits do not need to be squeezed, freeing from excess fluid. This is exactly what

gives juiciness to this dish.

Add peeled and grated garlic. One clove is enough to give a delicate aroma. Garlic goes well with zucchini and cheese. Also at this stage you need to add spices. In addition, it is not necessary to add salt to the dish, since the cheese itself already contains salt.

Mix all products thoroughly so that the cheese is as evenly as possible layered with grated zucchini. Transfer the mass into cupcake tins, place tightly, additionally crushing, for example, with a potato nipper. Put the molds in a hot oven.

Bake zucchini with cheese at a temperature of 220 degrees for half an hour. The cheese will melt and begin to simmer in molds, then the whole mass will settle slightly, and a golden cheese crust will form on the surface.

Remove from the oven, cool on the table, carefully remove from the molds and transfer to a dish. Serve warm or cold.
