You will need
- - long grain rice, 250 g
- - chicken leg, 2 pcs.
- - carrots, 1 pc.
- - onion, 1 pc.
- - tomatoes, 2 pcs.
- - garlic, 4 cloves
- - sunflower oil
- - salt, spices to taste

We wash the rice and pour boiling water. Leave for half an hour. Over time, we drain the water and leave for another half hour in a colander.

Boil the legs in salted water until tender. We leave the broth, lay the chicken on a plate. We remove the bones, cut the meat into small pieces.

We cut onions, three carrots on a coarse grater. Fry onions with carrots, add chopped tomato, simmer all together for another 3-4 minutes.

Now put the rice on a clean, dry frying pan. Stir it vigorously until the water evaporates. Add 2 tbsp.spoons of sunflower oil and fry until golden brown.

Now in the pan with rice we add the overcooked vegetables, chicken and pour the broth about 1.5 cm above the rice. Mix, add spices and simmer until tender over low heat. As necessary, add a little broth.

When the rice is ready, you need to add the garlic, passed through the garlic press. Pilaf is ready. It's time to call close to the table.
Useful advice
When adding the broth to the rice, boil it again. Otherwise, due to different temperatures, the coating of the pan may be damaged.
