  • For filling:

  • - 300 g of sour cream 20% fat;

  • - 1 egg;

  • - 4 tablespoons of parmesan (grated);

  • - 5 small tomatoes;

  • - salt, pepper to taste.

  • You will also need tartlet molds.

From flour, eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt and finely chopped frozen butter, knead the dough (it should not stick to your hands). Then wrap the dough with cling film and put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Beat the egg slightly with sour cream, add the grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Cut the tomatoes into circles.

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll out (not very thinly) on a flour dusted surface. Then put in special forms for tartlets (with a diameter of 15-20 cm), which must first be greased with butter.

Pour the cheese mixture on top of the dough, add a few slices of tomatoes and bake in the oven until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
