You will need
- - 500 g of red (green) sweet pepper;
- - 200 g of feta cheese;
- - 4 onion heads;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of fat;
- - 500 g of tomatoes;
- - 200 g of bacon;
- - ½ teaspoon powdered sugar;
- - 2 pods of hot pepper;
- - salt and black pepper.
- For the egg mixture:
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 20 g of milk.
Instruction manual

Heat the pan and fry the pepper in the heated fat. Cool. Peel the peppers, take out the seeds.

Cut the feta cheese into small pieces. Put chopped feta cheese in each pepper pod.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg with flour and milk. Dip each pepper in the egg mixture.

Heat the pan with fat and fry the peppers on both sides. Place the prepared fried pepper pods on a serving platter.

Scald tomatoes with boiling water and peel them. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the bacon into cubes, and chop the hot pepper.

Grate the onion, fry the resulting onion mass with fat in a hot pan. Add finely chopped tomatoes, bacon and hot pepper. Season with salt, pepper and add a pinch of powdered sugar.

Fry the mass until all the water has evaporated in it. Pour the prepared pepper pods with the resulting sauce. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top.
