For salting, it is advisable to take pickles of pickled varieties. Wash the cucumbers, trim the ends, soak in cold water for 12 hours.
2
After steeping the cucumbers, we begin to prepare the jars. Wash banks, sterilize.
Prepare garlic: peel, chop large. You need to take a little more garlic, not sparing, a couple of large heads on a jar.
3
At the bottom of a three-liter jar, put a leaf of horseradish, an umbrella of dill, a slice of red hot pepper, allspice and peas, several pieces. You can add a bay leaf.
We put the cucumbers in a jar mixed with garlic, add more garlic.
Put spices on top of the cucumbers again: again an umbrella of dill, a leaf of currant, a leaf of cherry, another slice of red hot pepper.
4
We prepare the brine - boil water with salt, 2 tablespoons per liter, the water should be salted, sugar is not needed. Salt should be coarse - rock salt. On a three-liter jar you need 1.3-1.5 liters of brine.
Pour cucumbers with brine and leave in open jars covered with gauze for three days.
5
After 3 days, drain the brine through a layer of gauze into a pan, boil it. When boiling from brine, foam must be removed.
We wash the cucumbers with cold water directly in the bank, preferably 2-3 times, drain the water through cheesecloth so as not to lose anything. Fill with hot brine and close with simple plastic lids.
note
If the cucumbers do not trim the ends, they can turn out to be empty inside.
