Then the tomato rings must be put in the bowl of the dryer and turn on the device, setting the temperature at 45-65 degrees. It is worth remembering that the lower the set temperature, the longer the chips are prepared, but at the same time they retain more vitamins. You can enjoy crispy slices of tomatoes after 10-12 hours.

If the house does not have a dryer for fruits and vegetables, then it can be replaced with a conventional “oven”. The only thing to consider is that it should be covered with parchment before laying tomatoes on a baking sheet, and when drying vegetables, the oven door should be opened every 20-30 minutes (so that moisture does not linger in the oven).
