- -1/4 cup premium flour

- -1/4 teaspoon of fine salt
- -1/2 cups (1 stick) of cold unsalted butter

- -5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- -1 medium yellow onion, diced
- -4 medium carrots, diced
- -2 garlic, chop
- -1/2 cup flour
- -1 cup frozen peas
- - Coarse salt and ground pepper
- -3 cups grated boiled chicken
- -1/3 cup fresh parsley

Cooking the crust: In a food processor, mix flour, sugar and salt together. Add the butter and mix until completely dissolved. Add 3 tablespoons of ice water. Beat until the dough is crumbly. Put the resulting dough in the refrigerator overnight.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Make the filling: Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and carrots, cook until soft vegetables for about 8 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Put the whole bowl, chop until mashed and add flour. Mix well. Add the peas, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle everything with parsley and mix with the chicken.
