Instruction manual

1

We separate the proteins and yolks and make two masses of them. Add flour and vegetable oil to the yolks and mix everything thoroughly. Beat the whites in a thick mass, gently pour kefir, lemon juice, pour the baking powder and mix until smooth.

2

We combine the egg masses, mix and divide into two parts. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle with flour, spread the dough and bake the cakes in the oven, heated to 180 ° C, 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cakes in it for 20 minutes so that they do not fall.

3

Cooking cream for yogurt cake. Beat butter and mix it with condensed milk. When the cakes are cooled, we cut each into two parts, coat with cream and put them on top of each other.

4

Decorate the cake. Grease the sides with cream and sprinkle with coconut. We prepare jelly as it is written in the instructions, but you need to pour half the water so that it is thick when it cools. Kiwi clean and cut into small pieces. We spread the fruits on the cake, pour the kiwi and wait for the mass to harden. After that, you can put any pastry decorations, strawberries and whipped cream on the kefir cake. If after cooking the cream remains, it can be used to make decorations along the edges of the cake.
