Tomato soup is full of bright tomato flavor. It is very light, fragrant, tasty, and most importantly - diet. The preparation of this dish is very simple - it does not require any special skills.

You will need
- - 2 liters of vegetable stock
- - 1/2 cans of green peas
- - 150 g of cauliflower
- - 2 tomatoes
- - 2 bell peppers
- - 3 potatoes
- - 4 tbsp. l tomato paste or tomato
- - 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- - salt
- - pepper

Peel the onion, rinse it in clean, cool water, dry and cut into small cubes. Rinse the tomatoes, make 2 cuts on top, dip in boiling water for 30 seconds, remove the skin, put in a blender and chop.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onions in it, fry until soft, then add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste to the onion, cook everything under a closed lid for 7-10 minutes, not forgetting to stir.

Wash the potatoes from the dirt, peel it, rinse again, dry and cut into cubes. Rinse the cabbage, sort it into inflorescences. Cut the pepper into 2 parts, remove the seeds and rinse, cut into strips.

Boil the vegetable broth, add potatoes and peppers to it, wait until the vegetables boil, put the cauliflower, peas in the soup, cook for 7 minutes.

Add onion and tomato frying, lemon juice, mix and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Tomato diet soup is ready.
note
Before serving, tomato soup is decorated with greens.
Useful advice
Diet soup will be less high-calorie if you stew the onions in tomato paste with tomatoes without oil.
