Peel the garlic, chop it very finely or pass through the garlic press, put in a salad bowl.

Wash the leaves of romaine lettuce under a stream of cold water, dry under natural conditions in a warm place, best on a window. Coarsely chopped or chopped leaves, put in a bowl of garlic.

Pour water into the pan, put eggs in it, put half a spoonful of salt so that the eggs do not crack, and then bring the water to a boil and cook the eggs for 7 minutes. Remove the finished eggs from the heat and place under cold water, cool, peel and cut into cubes.

Caesar salad sauce is easy to prepare. Take 1 lemon, rinse it, cut in half. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, pour into a small container. Add anchovies, mayonnaise, olive oil, pepper and salt to lemon juice, mix everything thoroughly.

Put eggs in the salad bowl, season the salad with the prepared sauce, mix all the ingredients.

Grate Parmesan on a coarse grater, sprinkle salad on it, add crackers, mix a little. "Caesar with anchovies" is ready.
Useful advice
You can make crackers yourself. To do this, take a loaf or white bread, cut into cubes and place in the oven to dry for about 10 minutes. And you can cook them in another way - fry in a pan with butter.
