Borovichki salad is very simple, but tasty. Its main highlight is an interesting presentation and, of course, porcini mushrooms. But if you do not have the opportunity to cook a salad with porcini mushrooms, then you can take any others.

You will need

  • - 200 g of porcini mushrooms;

  • - 100 g of mayonnaise;

  • - 1 potato;

  • - 1 onion;

  • - 1 pickled or pickled cucumber;

  • - 2 eggs;

  • - half a bunch of green onions;

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;

  • - lettuce, parsley, dill, pepper, salt.

Take frozen porcini mushrooms. Forest mushrooms, mushrooms, and champignons are suitable for a salad, but they must be fresh. Defrost mushrooms at room temperature. Fry them in vegetable oil with chopped onions until cooked. Leave one mushroom intact for decoration. Salt to taste.

Boil the eggs and potatoes in their skins, cool, peel. Rub the potatoes on a grater, and divide the eggs into yolks and squirrels and chop separately from each other. Finely chop the cucumber and green onions.

Put lettuce on a plate, put a metal ring on top. Put shabby potatoes on the bottom, pepper, salt. Lubricate with a thin layer of mayonnaise. The second layer is green onions, then pickled cucumber, fried mushrooms with onions, shabby yolks. The last layer is egg whites. Grease each layer with mayonnaise!

Remove the ring. Garnish the salad with halved mushrooms, parsley and dill.
