Peel dried fruit and rinse well with cold water. Pour clean fruits with hot water at 60 ° C, do not use boiling water to keep them as useful as possible.

Dissolve the butter in a water bath and add curry and paprika to it. Transfer the seasoned oil to the pan and fry the mixture until very pasty over a very low heat.

Remove the swollen dried fruit from the water and squeeze it slightly to remove excess water. Cut figs and dried apricots into small pieces, and leave the raisins whole.

Sort and rinse the rice, fill it with cold water and put on a strong fire. When the water boils, reduce the heat and cook the rice for 10-15 minutes. Add seasoned oil and dried fruits to the prepared cereal, mix everything carefully.

Place a bowl of rice in a preheated oven and hold for 7 minutes. Put the finished dish on a tray, decorate with chopped bananas, dates, slices of apples and pineapples, sprinkle with grated almonds.

Rinse the rice and fill it with cold water and leave for forty minutes. While the rice is soaked, rinse the raisins, rinse the prunes and cut them into pieces. Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips, simmer in a small amount of water.

Add water to the swollen rice so that it covers the cereal by 1 cm and set on fire. When the water boils, add prunes, raisins and stewed carrots to the rice. Cook for several minutes with dried fruits and carrots, then pour vegetable oil into it and salt. Cook until rice is crumbly. Put the finished dish on plates, garnish with chopped nuts and fruit slices on top.

The usual round-grain rice or elongated basmati is best combined with dried fruits, you can also use wild rice, with it the dish turns out to be original and externally, and to taste.
