- - a pinch of salt;
- - 80 ml of melted peanut butter;
- - 50 g of roasted and chopped peanuts.
- Additionally (optional):
- - 85 g of melted dark chocolate for decoration.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Form 20 x 20 cm covered with baking paper. In a bowl, mix flour, coconut, soda and salt. Add cane sugar. Pour the melted butter and knead a homogeneous dough. Evenly distribute the dough in the form, slightly tamping it with your fingers. We send to the oven for 15-20 minutes.

When the base has completely cooled, prepare the ganache. In a saucepan over low heat, mix the cream, salt and pieces of chocolate. When the chocolate has completely dissolved, remove the pan from the heat and pour the melted peanut butter into it. Add the peanuts and mix the cream thoroughly. We distribute it over the cake and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.

The finished dessert is beautifully cut into triangles, optionally decorated with melted bitter chocolate.
