To make a pie with meat and potatoes, knead the dough. It is best to use yeast dough. Take a sieve with a fine sieve and sift the flour, repeat this procedure twice and leave for a while. Take only the highest grade flour, as this will make the dough airy and soft.

You can use any meat, if it is chicken, then the baking time of the cake will be reduced by 15 minutes. Wash the product in running water and cut into slices about a centimeter. Peel onions, cut into small cubes. Melt a piece of butter in a pan and fry the meat, potatoes and onions until half cooked.

Divide the dough into two parts. Large and small, which will serve as a pie cover. Take a baking sheet and wipe it with vegetable oil, lay out evenly rolled out one part of the dough and smooth it, you can make the sides. Put the filling on the dough and sprinkle it with finely chopped greens. Close the second part of the dough and make a small hole in the middle, pour 50 ml of water inside the pie. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 1-1.5 hours. The cake is ready when, when pierced with a fork, there are no traces of sticky dough on it.
