  • - cottage cheese - 200 g;

  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;

  • - semolina - 1 tablespoon;

  • - ground nutmeg - a pinch;

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly to remove dust and dirt. Then remove the peel from it and set to boil until fully cooked. Remove the boiled vegetables from the water into a separate cup and turn into a puree mass. Then add the following ingredients to it: sour cream, salt and butter. Mix everything properly.

To the potato mass add a dry mixture of baking powder for dough and flour, as well as one raw egg. Having mixed everything properly, you will get dough for the future pie. Having distributed it on a baking dish, form sides.

Lay the parchment on the dough in the form, and put dry beans on it, respectively. In this form, put the base for the pie in the oven, whose temperature is 170 degrees, for a quarter of an hour.

Soften the cottage cheese with a blender, then add eggs to it in advance beaten with nutmeg, salt and semolina. Mix everything well.
