You can fry the liver and batter. To make a batter, beat the egg, add salt, pepper, half a glass of milk and two tablespoons of flour to it. Mix thoroughly again so that there are no lumps. Dip the broken liver in batter and fry in vegetable oil. If you plan to fry the liver in batter, then in milk you can not soak it.
