To cook pork for this recipe, you will need:

- dry red wine - 100 ml;

- salt - to taste;

First you need to peel and slice the garlic. Wash the pork, dry it, make small cuts in the meat and place in them plates of garlic and leaves of bay leaf. Then you need to mix salt and two types of pepper. Place the meat in a deep dish and grate thoroughly with a mixture of seasonings.

Separately mix mustard with honey, mix thoroughly and grease a piece of meat with glaze, trying to make sure that the mixture gets into the cuts with garlic.
