Gently roll the dough on a well-floured surface with a layer of 4-5mm thick and cut out a cookie with a mold about 3-4cm in diameter. Put cookies on a baking sheet with baking paper and freeze for 20-30 minutes in a freezer. You can leave the frozen cookies stored in the freezer for up to 2 months and bake them as needed.

Bake cookies in the oven, heated to 175 ° C for about 20 minutes, these cookies will not turn golden - do not wait for this moment. Put the cookies on a wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar while it is still warm. Powdered sugar will melt and create a white crust. Sprinkle the powder extremely generously so that the cookies are completely white. You can store such cookies in an airtight container for no longer than 2 days, then it loses its appearance and taste.
