Mushroom noodle soup is not only tasty, but also a healthy dish. The soup is made incredibly simple, and all the ingredients are as accessible as possible. The noodles are very aromatic, tasty and tender.

- - 150 g of champignons
- - 150 g noodles
- - 100 g canned corn
- - 2 eggs
- - 2 tbsp. l butter
- - 1 chili pepper
- - 1 parsley root
- - 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
- - salt and pepper to taste

Pour water into a saucepan, put washed eggs in it and cook them hard-boiled. Then put them under cold water to cool. Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into cubes.

Pour water into the pan, put the chopped parsley root. Wash the chicken for noodles, cut into medium-sized pieces, put in a saucepan, put on medium heat and cook for 30 minutes until the meat is ready.

Sort and wash the mushrooms, dry on a paper towel, put on a cutting board and cut into slices. Put the butter in a pan, melt it, then pour the mushrooms, fry them, salt and pepper. Wash the chili pepper, chop finely and place in the pan. Cover the pan, simmer the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, and then transfer to the pan.

Add the noodles and soy sauce to the pan, cook the soup until the noodles are cooked. Add corn, eggs, salt and pepper to the prepared noodles, mix.

Pour the noodles into plates, serve to the table. Rinse the greens, chop it finely and decorate it with the soup before serving.
