You will need

  • - zest of a quarter of an orange;

  • - 1/3 tsp vanilla extract;

  • - 170 g of fresh blackberry;

  • - 100 g butter;

  • - 1/3 cup sour cream;

  • - 1 large chicken egg;

  • - 1/3 glass of brown sugar;

  • - 1.5 cups + 4 tbsp. flour without a "hill";

  • - 1/3 + 0.5 cup sugar;

  • - a pair of a pinch of salt.

We will prepare the butter: we will take it out of the refrigerator, chop it into a cube and send it to the freezer, while we will deal with the rest of the ingredients.

Wash the blackberries and dry them on paper towels. We set the oven to warm up to a temperature of 175 degrees.

While the berry is dried, in a spacious container, mix 1.5 cups of wheat flour, a pinch of salt and granulated sugar (1/3). Then add the cubes of oil and mix the contents of the container until you get flour crumbs - this can be done with both hands and a potato crusher. We put aside a third of the finished mixture in a separate bowl and put it in the refrigerator.

Prepare a baking sheet, lining it with parchment. Keep in mind that you should also cover the sides with parchment well!

Put two-thirds of the crumbs in a baking sheet and carefully tamp. We will send it to the oven for about 12 minutes, and then let it cool for 15 minutes.

While the cake is cooling, beat the egg, add 4 tbsp. flour, both types of sugar, a third of a glass of sour cream, a pinch of salt, zest and vanilla and mix again.

Add the berry and mix it by hand, very carefully, trying not to mash the blackberries!

Pour the filling onto the cake and sprinkle with the pending third flour crumbs. Send to the oven for 45 minutes. The finished pie is completely cooled before slicing into portions.
