You will need:

- 6 thick slices of white bread;

Fry slices of bread on both sides until golden brown. Melt the butter and mix it with grated cheese. Pour the beer into the mixture, add the beaten egg yolks, red ground pepper and mustard. Pound everything into a homogeneous mass, for this you can use a mixer. Heat the cheese mass in a saucepan, without bringing it to a boil. Lubricate the toasted bread with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet. In the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, cook croutons until golden brown. Serve with fresh greens.
