Combine ingredients such as paprika and pepper in a rather deep bowl. If desired, add any other spices to your taste to your taste. Mix the dry seasoned mass thoroughly, and then roll chicken on it from all sides. Then grate it with sea salt and pour cognac. By the way, if you do not have sea salt, then replace it with ordinary. Just do not forget in this case, reduce its amount to 200 grams. In this form, send the meat, covered with a lid, in the refrigerator for about 10-12 hours.
