Cookies from cottage cheese are prepared very quickly, for this dish you will not need many ingredients. It is enough to buy cottage cheese and a baking powder for the test, each house has the remaining products. To make cookies, you need 400 g of cottage cheese, 4 cups of flour, a little vanillin, 3 tsp. baking powder for dough, 6-7 tablespoons sugar, 200 g butter, 3 tbsp. powdered sugar. From such a quantity of products, about 40 cookies will be obtained.

Before preparing the dough, you need to get the oil and hold it at room temperature. Cottage cheese, butter, sugar and vanillin are mixed in a deep bowl. The mass is well ground to make it homogeneous. You can use a fork or a blender for this. Then add the egg, mix and sift the flour with baking powder into a bowl. The dough will be elastic, but not sticky. Add a little more flour if necessary.

The dough is rolled out on a table sprinkled with flour, cut into squares, circles or any shapes. You can also make envelopes: cut circles and fold them two times. The approximate thickness of the dough is 7-8 mm. Billets are laid out on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Curd cookies are baked at a temperature of 180 degrees 25 minutes. During this time, the dough rises a little and becomes golden. When the cookies have cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar. By the way, this baking can be prepared without an egg, but in this case less flour is needed. And if part of the flour is replaced with cocoa, then you get chocolate cookies.
