  • - 250 grams of ground beef;

  • - 500 grams of fresh white cabbage;

  • - 2 onions;

Knead the dough. Pour milk into a large bowl and dilute the yeast in it. Then add the egg, granulated sugar, vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients well and, while continuing to knead, gradually pour in the flour. As soon as the dough starts to lag behind hands, roll a ball out of it and put it away for a couple of hours in a warm place, covering it with a towel.

In the meantime, get ready to make the pie toppings. Peel and finely chop the onions. Chop the cabbage thinly. Fry the onions in a pan with warmed vegetable oil. Then add the cabbage and fry for a few more minutes. Fry a mixture of pork and ground beef in vegetable oil in a separate pan. Combine meat and vegetables, salt and pepper.

When the dough comes up, roll out a square layer from it. Cut uneven edges with a dough cutter or knife. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and gently transfer the rolled dough onto it.

Lay out the filling in the middle of the layer and give it the elongated shape of a “crocodile body”. Starting from the corners of the formation, cut the dough to the filling (you should get strips about 3 centimeters wide). Cover the filling with strips of dough, overlapping them. From the bottom of the bed, blind the tail to the crocodile, and from the top, head with the nostrils. From the rest of the dough using kitchen scissors make the “predator” paws, eyes and fangs, give the “skin” tuberosity.
