Greek pizza is a tasty and healthy dish that can be recommended to children, because it does not contain smoked meats. The main ingredients here are chicken, aromatic olives, feta cheese, tomatoes and artichokes, complemented by traditional Greek cream tzatziki sauce.

  • For pizza:

  • - 1 base for pizza;

  • - zaziki sauce;

  • - 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese;

  • - 1 chicken fillet;

  • - 1/2 tbsp. chopped olives;

  • - 1/3 Art. chopped sun-dried tomato (or ordinary, preferably cherry);

  • - 1 tbsp. artichokes (can be replaced with bell pepper).
  • For zaziki sauce:

  • - 2 cloves of garlic;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of a mixture of Italian herbs;

  • - 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and chopped with crescents;

  • - 1 package of Greek yogurt (in the absence, you can replace it with very fat sour cream);

  • - 1/2 tbsp. sour cream;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoon of olive oil;

  • - a pinch of salt.

For zaziki sauce

Cut the cucumber into halves and place in a bowl of a food processor (you can use a blender) and chop for a minute. Drain excess juice so that the sauce does not turn out too thin. Add garlic, Italian seasonings, Greek yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, olive oil and salt to the cucumbers, chop again. The sauce should be creamy and with small pieces of cucumber.

For pizza

Turn on the oven to warm up to 230 ° C. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in a pan greased with vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Put the finished pizza base on a flour-sprinkled baking sheet. Brush with zaziki sauce. Sprinkle the top of the pizza base with the crumbled feta cheese and lay the fried slices of fillet, chopped olives, tomatoes and artichokes (peppers). Bake for 15 minutes.
