For example, bean paste is a full-fledged source of protein, perfect for sandwiches for breakfast, and stuffed champignons are not ashamed to put on a festive table.

  • To prepare the paste, we need:

  • • 100 gr white beans

  • • 200 gr of mushrooms (fresh or frozen)

  • • 1 onion

  • • 1 carrot

  • • 2 tbsp. l olive oil

  • • Dill

  • • Nutmeg

  • • Black pepper
  • To prepare stuffed champignons we need:

  • • 16 champignons

  • • 50 gr of vegetable oil

  • • 1 onion

  • • 1 carrot

  • • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs.

Cooking the pate. Beans pour cold water, leave for 4 hours, then cook until cooked (about 2 hours)

Finely chop the onions and carrots, fry until soft. Add chopped mushrooms, fry until liquid evaporates. Cool.

Combine the beans with mushrooms and vegetables, add dill, season with salt and spices. Grind with a blender. You can add sesame seeds or chopped walnuts to the finished paste.

Cooking mushrooms. Grind onions and carrots, fry until soft.

Wash the mushrooms, separate the legs, finely chop them, put off the hats. Add chopped legs to onions and carrots, salt. Fry for about 10 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. l crackers.

Salt the hats slightly, fill with the resulting minced meat, put on a baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs on top. Drizzle with oil. You can add tomatoes or bell pepper to the minced meat, this will give the dish colors.

Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

The ready-made paste is obtained in 6-8 servings, the calorie content of the dish is 140 kcal / 100 grams, the cooking time is 40 minutes + 6 hours for preparing the beans.
