You will need

  • - 4 pieces of pork (e.g. carbonate);

  • - 150 g of champignons;

  • - 1 tomato;

  • - 200 g of cheese;

  • - mayonnaise,

  • - salt, spices to taste.

Instruction manual

1

If you have carbonate or other meat that has not been cut into separate pieces, cut it across the fibers into 1.5 cm thick layers. Wrap each layer of meat with cling film and beat well with a special hammer.

2

Grease the oven pan with oil. Pour the meat with water so that it is not dry. Pound the broken pieces with spices. Gently lay the pork on the bottom of the mold.

3

Pour boiling water over the tomato and peel it off. Cut it with a sharp knife into non-thick circles. Put tomato slices on the meat.

4

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and divide into two parts. Distribute one part on top of the pieces of tomato.

5

Cut the mushrooms with plastic and put on cheese. Lubricate everything with mayonnaise, salt and pepper a little more. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Put the meat in the oven for 20 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees.
