You will need

  • For six servings:

  • - 700 g of salmon fillet;

  • - 5 cloves of garlic;

  • - 2 bunches of green onions;

  • - 5 slices of lemon;

  • - 5 branches of fresh dill;

  • - 1 sprig of chopped dill;

  • - pepper, salt.

Instruction manual

1

The total cooking time for salmon in the foil is only 40 minutes, of which 15 minutes is preparation. Be sure to preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Grease two large sheets of foil.

2

Rinse the salmon thoroughly, place on a sheet of foil, sprinkle with pepper, salt, chopped garlic and chopped fresh dill. Lay on top slices of fresh lemon, on each slice place a sprig of fresh dill. Sprinkle abundantly with chopped green onions on top (do not spare it - it gives the dish a unique flavor).

3

Cover the prepared fish on top with a second sheet of foil, pinch it well, twist the edges so that juice does not leak out and small ingredients fall out of the foil during cooking. Put in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, put in the oven.

4

Bake salmon fillet in foil for 20-25 minutes at the indicated temperature. A sign of the finished fish - salmon is easily divided into pieces with a fork. You can serve directly on the foil, always hot. Use boiled potatoes or rice as a side dish - such a side dish always goes well with baked fish.
