Mix coarsely chopped tomatoes, bell peppers (pre-peel it), chili peppers, onions, cucumbers, garlic and parsley in a blender. Get a thick porridge-like mixture of red color.

Disassemble the snow crab into fibers, mix with a spoon of olive oil, add cilantro leaves and lemon juice.
