You will need
- - 250 grams of nuts (finely chopped)
- - 800 grams of carrots (clear)
- - 30 grams of flour
- - 1 egg
- - 4 buns for hamburger with sesame seeds
- - 2 sweet onions

Bring water to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium and add carrots. Cook for 20 minutes. Drain and transfer the carrots to a food processor. Add nuts, season with salt and pepper. Stir until the mixture is thick. Put everything in a bowl and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Divide the mixture into 6 equal parts, form from each pie. Sift flour into a deep plate. In another plate, break the egg. Roll the patties in the egg and then in the flour. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the patties on each side until golden.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in another pan or large saucepan, place onion and fry until lightly golden brown.
