You will need
Saber bat (or a long baguette), 50 grams of butter, 3 cloves of garlic, parsley.

Cut the loaf into thin circles. Chop the garlic coarsely, chop the greens finely.

Heat butter in a pan and add garlic to it. Sauté the garlic for 2 minutes and remove from the oil

Fry the loaf on both sides in the resulting garlic oil.

Put a napkin on a flat plate and place the fried croutons on top of them. Let the excess oil drain, sprinkle with herbs and transfer to a dish.
Useful advice
Stir the boiled egg with grated melted cheese, finely chopped garlic and mayonnaise, and spread with the resulting crouton mixture. It will turn out a very tasty snack.
