You will need
- - 800 g of fish fillet (you can use any fish fillet);
- - 3 tbsp. l flour;
- - 1 tbsp. hot boiled water;
- - 1 tbsp. l butter;
- - 1 tsp 6% vinegar;
- - 1 lemon;
- - salt;
- - pepper.

The flour must be fried in a preheated pan with a small addition of oil.

Add hot water in a thin stream, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Add salt, vinegar and pepper.

Cut ¼ of the peeled lemon and add to the prepared sauce. Simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the fire and cool.
From the foil cut squares in the shape of a fish fillet.

Each fillet must be dipped in the sauce, put in the center of the foil, cover with a slice of lemon on top. Wrap the foil tightly with an envelope.

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for half an hour. You can cook fish fillets in a double boiler. To do this, simply dip the fillet in the sauce and place in a double boiler.

Serve the fish directly in the foil.

You can decorate the dish with cherry tomatoes and several sprigs of rosemary.
