- - conciglioni, 1 pack;
- - chicken breast;
- - one onion;
- - champignons, 400 g;
- - hard cheese, 100 g;
- - sour cream, 3 spoons.

Prepare the filling. Cut into thin strips chicken, onions, mushrooms. Fry the onion in vegetable or olive oil until transparent, add meat, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Fry together until all the moisture has evaporated from the mushrooms, then add sour cream, simmer together for about five minutes. So we got a delicious filling.

Now boil the shells, discard in a colander, let cool. Take it with a spoon and stuff each large shell, covering it with grated cheese.

If you want to get browned shells, put them in the oven for a couple of minutes. So Julien is ready in large shells, it remains to wish you bon appetit!
