If you cook in the microwave, then mix everything well beforehand until smooth. Add vanilla sugar or cognac and 70% coconut. Put the resulting mixture in the refrigerator until completely solidified. The mass should thicken well and be dense and uniform. Preliminarily, at the very beginning of cooking, soak the almonds for an hour in water and remove the peel from it. Then lightly fry the almonds in a dry frying pan. From the frozen mass, start making candies, for this, simply roll small balls, into which one by one tonsil is thrust, and roll a little more so that there are no holes in the candy. Then roll the resulting balls in coconut flakes. Your sweets are ready. They can be served on the table.
