You will need

  • For the test:
  • - 200 grams of sugar;
  • - 250 grams of flour;
  • - four eggs;
  • - a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
  • For cream:
  • - 100 grams of sugar;
  • - 300 ml of sour cream.
  • For filling:
  • - one banana;
  • - one kiwi;
  • - 500 ml of juice;
  • - two tablespoons of gelatin.

Instruction manual

1

First, make jelly. To do this, pour the juice into a deep bowl, add two tablespoons of gelatin to it and leave it for 40 minutes to make the gelatin swell properly. Over time, heat the mixture in a water bath (to dissolve gelatin) and allow the mass to cool at room temperature. Remove the dish for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.

2

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a dense foam. Add flour to the mass and mix everything carefully so that the dough does not settle.

3

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, transfer the dough into it and place the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Baking time - 20-25 minutes. It is best to use a detachable shape.

Once the cake is baked, let it cool slightly, and then cut it in half lengthwise.

4

Pour the sour cream into a deep dish, add sugar and whisk everything until sugar is completely dissolved. Put one cake in a detachable form and soak it with sour cream (use only half of the cream). Peel a banana and cut it into thin rings. Lay the rings on top of the sour cream.

5

Lay the second cake on top of the bananas and soak it with the remaining sour cream. Peel the kiwi, cut the fruit in random order: rings, cubes or slices. Lay the chopped kiwi evenly on the cake (you can put some kind of pattern).

6

Remove the semi-frozen jelly from the refrigerator and pour it on top of the cake. Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least two hours so that the jelly freezes properly.

7

Remove the finished cake from the mold, put it on a tray and cut into portions. Jelly cake with fruits is ready.

Useful advice

You can use any juice or compote to create this cake, but it is best to use freshly squeezed kiwi juice, diluting it with a small amount of clean boiled water.
