You will need
- - 700 g turkey fillet;
- - 3 large potatoes;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 2 medium bell peppers;
- - 4 tomatoes;
- - 100 g of hard cheese;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce;
- - 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoon of honey;
- - 100 g sour cream;
- - 50 g of mayonnaise;
- - 4 slices of orange;
- - 0.5 lemons;
- - 0.5 tbsp. spoons of granular mustard;
- - 3 drops of balsamic vinegar;
- - a sprig of rosemary;
- - a mixture of peppers.
Instruction manual

Rinse turkey meat under running water. Allow water to drain. Cut into small pieces and place in a deep bowl.

Melt honey in a water bath, combine with orange and granular mustard. Chop the garlic. Add soy sauce, a mixture of peppers, rosemary. Mix everything and combine with meat.

Cover the bowl with meat and marinate for 8 hours.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Place in a bowl and pour in lemon juice previously squeezed from fresh lemon. Add 3 drops of balsamic vinegar. Leave for 2 hours.

After 8 hours, ready-made pickled turkey fillet, put in ceramic pots.

Then lay out in layers. On top of the meat, pickled onions, grated carrots on a coarse grater, julienne sweet pepper, tomatoes and diced potatoes.

Dilute sour cream with mayonnaise with boiled water and pour into each pot.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before cooking. Serve the dish slightly cooled.

Salt can be added to taste.
Useful advice
Balsamic vinegar can not be added, without it, too, it turns out very tasty.
