  • 100 g of sour cream or fatty 10% yogurt;

  • 2 eggs;

  • 2 tbsp flour;

  • 3 tbsp Sahara;

  • A pinch of vanillin;

  • Favorite berries to taste.

Well, until foam, beat eggs with sugar: this is important, so our casserole will be more tender and airy. Add flour and whisk again.

Now it was the turn to send sour cream and ricotta to the mixer bowl. Add a pinch of vanillin. Mix everything until smooth.

For our casserole we use refractory batch molds.

We spread the berries at the bottom - you can frozen, but keep in mind that there will be a lot of juice from them - and fill with the curd - sour cream mixture. Do not fill the molds to the brim: leave some space for lifting. We send to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Keep in mind that everyone’s ovens are different, so don’t go far: your casserole should not burn! The “indicator” of readiness will be the blush on the cap of the casserole.

You can bake without berries, but make berry sauce from them. Just beat the thawed berries in a yogurt and sugar blender to taste!
