That is why we bring to your attention a recipe for original and double healthy baked apples stuffed with prunes and almonds.

Ingredients:
- 11 apples (different varieties);
- 1 handful of almonds;
- 1 handful of prunes;
- 4 tbsp. l sugar syrup (agave).
Cooking:
- Wash apples thoroughly, but do not peel. It is recommended for a variety of flavors to take apples of several varieties, but of the same size, so that they are evenly baked.
- Carefully remove the core from each apple (using a special cleaning) so that the hole is only on one side. This is necessary so that the agave does not leak when baking on a baking sheet, but is preserved in the apple itself.
- Put the prunes on a plate, pour hot water and leave to stand until soft. If the prune itself is mild, then you can skip this procedure.
- Put the almonds in a deep plate, pour hot water and leave to stand for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the hot water, and rinse the almonds thoroughly with cold water and clean them if desired. This procedure will make the almonds a little softer and softer.
- Take a baking tray (form) for baking and cover it with parchment paper.
- Put all apples on the paper, placing them with the hole up.
- Fill each apple with almonds and prunes, and pour the filling with sugar syrup.
- Send the baking sheet for 40-50 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Furthermore, baking time may vary, since each oven has its own characteristics. This factor must be taken into account.
- Remove the prepared apples, baked with prunes and almonds from the oven, cool slightly, transfer to a dish and serve as a dessert.
