First prepare the cod fillet - rinse it, cut into pieces, fry in a small amount of oil.

Peel the carrots, chop finely (you can even grate), fry in vegetable oil. Peel the onions, cut, as you prefer, add to the carrots, fry another 5 minutes together.

Grease a baking dish with oil. Put a layer of cod fillet in it, lay the fried carrot with onion on top, then fish again, on it - a layer of carrot with onion. Smear all layers of carrots with mayonnaise! The topmost layer is circles of fresh tomatoes. Put the mold in the oven.

Baked cod under the marinade is cooked at 180 degrees, in half an hour the dish will be ready. About 10 minutes, wait for the fish to cool slightly in shape, at the same time insisted.
